I almost didn’t buy these when I saw that they are gold plated due to my metal allergies. I’m allergic to earrings even specifically for “sensitive ears”, and typically only buy titanium. However, I’ve worn these for almost a month now and haven’t had any irritation at all! I even wear them in the shower and they are still feeling (and looking) just fine! I was looking for a small stud earring to put in my second hole for everyday wear. I used the 3mm size which I think look nice. Also, my ears are very sensitive but I've had no problems wearing these constantly for the past few months. They have not turned my ears a different color or anything. I would definitely recommend and would purchase these again!
